GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES: Orders are sent out as quickly as possible...generally within 2 business days. You can expect to receive your purchase within 3-9 business days from shipment, depending on your location and the shipping method used. You will receive an email confirming shipment. We're happy to provide a tracking number upon request. Personalized, made-to-order take longer to create and, therefore, will not ship within our standard shipping window. These items are clearly marked within the item description along with an estimated shipping date. DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES: For all purchases over $100, we are currently offering FREE SHIPPING for all physical US addresses. Packages shipped for FREE will be mailed via USPS First Class or Priority mail, depending on the weight of the package. We regret that we cannot ship to APO addresses or PO Boxes. Standard shipping rates are based on your total purchase amount, excluding any items qualifying for FREE SHIPPING. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES: International shipping is via USPS First Class International, and is a flat rate of $25.00 to ALL COUNTRIES. Please know that you will be responsible for any import fees that your country may assess upon arrival, including duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and brokerage fees. Please be aware of the fees for your specific destination, as we don't want you to be surprised at the fees when your package arrives! International shipments CANNOT be marked as GIFT, and the exact value that you pay for the item must be declared on the customs forms. International shipments are insured until they leave the US. Once it has left the United States, we cannot be held responsible any longer.
